He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph McCandless and Marjorie McCandless (Renfrew). He is survived by: his wife Debra L. Thompson McCandless (Waugaman) of New Derry; his daughters, Jennifer McCandless and Jessica Martin; his stepdaughters, Cheyanne Thompson and Vanessa Thompson; his sisters, Linda Bauer (Gary) and Andrea Altenhof (Robert); his grandchildren, Courtney, Michael, Johnny and Anthony; and his stepgrandchildren, Peyton, Tyler and Raini Dae. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
