He was predeceased by: his father Wilbur Neff. He is survived by: his wife Louise Arlene MacIvor (Wintermyer); and his sons, David W. MacIvor (Janice) of Indian Trail, NC, Kenneth R. MacIvor (Laura) of Mount Airy, MD and Thomas A. MacIvor (Sheree) of Estero, FL. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
