He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert O'Toole and Helen O'Toole (Graves). He is survived by: his children, Brian P. O'Toole, Theresa M. Roberts and Kathleen Tsikteris; his stepsons, Scott D. Long and Andrew Wylie Long; his brothers, Don L., Robert W. and John J. O'Toole; and his close friends, Joe Franke, Jerry Knott and Garth Hoffman. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial contributions in Terry's memory to Christ Presbyterian Church, 421 Deerfield Rd. Camp Hill, PA 17011.
