It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Arthur Harman (New Cumberland, Pennsylvania), who passed away on February 9, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his close friend Hal; his parents, Laura Mills Harman and David W. Harman, Jr.; and his sister Peggy Ann Hatfield. He is survived by: his siblings, David W. Harman III of Camp Hill, PA, Molly Buterbaugh of Goodyear, AZ and Sally Lanzarotti of Blairsville, PA.
