He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard H. Steinmetz, Sr and Sara Steinmetz (Conrad); his sisters, Beverly Gurley and Nancy Pierce; and his grandsons, Richard Wilde and Benjamin Wilde.
He is survived by: his children, Patricia Wilde of New Cumberland, Cindy Devlin of New Cumberland and Richard H Steinmetz, III; his daughter-in-law Donna Schmitt of New Cumberland; and his grandsons, Richard Devlin, Sean Steinmetz, Joshua Steinmetz, Ian Wilde, Daniel Wilde and Mark Wilde.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorial.
