He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell E. Lyter and Ida S. Lyter (Beinhauer); and his daughter Lisa Ann Lyter. He is survived by: his wife Jean Lois Lyter (Vanalman); his children, Richard Anthony Lyter of Woodstock, MD and Lois Jean Lyter-Baltzey (Robert) of Mechanicsburg; and his grandchildren, Shina, Tara, Richard, Jeremy and Robbie.
