He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Souders, Sr. and Celia (Fetrow); his brother Verlyn "Buddy"; his wife Helen; and his siblings, Bruce and Dorothy.
He is survived by: his siblings, Builders and Louise; and his nieces and nephews, Nancie, Joyce (Jim), Linda (Bill), Raetta (Lee) and Rex (Julie).
