He is survived by: his children, Craig, Lori, Jill and Amy; his wife Shirley; his daughter-in-law Kathy; his grandchildren, Scott, Jennifer, Melissa and Jessica; and his great grandchildren, Madeline and Alaina. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
