He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald J. Sullivan and Anna Sullivan (Shultz). He is survived by: his wife Donna Sullivan (Zarr) of Watsontown, PA; his children, Sean Patrick Sullivan of Lewisberry, Andrew Joseph Sullivan of Susquehanna Twp and Amy E. Sullivan of New Cumberland; his siblings, Michael J. Sullivan (Mary) of Pottstown, Kevin J. Sullivan (Margaret) of Seattle and Honora A. Simmons (Richard) of Wellsboro; and his sisters-in-law, Deborah Hardman of Linglestown, Linda Zarr of Enola and Joanne Murray (Michael) of Watsontown. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
