She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Lee Powley, Sr. and Anna Mae Powley (Eichelberger); and her spouse Urban Nissel. She is survived by: her siblings, Susan "Sue" J. Fearnbaugh (Ray) of Mechanicsburg and Richard L. Powley, Jr. (Judy) of Enola. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
