She was predeceased by: her father Robert Ward; her daughter Susan Ann McDade; and her brother Robert. She is survived by: her children, Charles E. Sampson, Sr. (Divina) of New Cumberland and Tammy "Ty" A. Nadeau (Chris) of New Cumberland; and her close friend Richard L. Arnold. She is also survived by several brothers, sisters, nephews and nieces; eight grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
