She was predeceased by: her parent Charles Frank. She is survived by: her parent Mildred Frank (McCloud); her children, Kenneth C. Keller of Carlisle, Jean L. Keller-Thau of Dillsburg and Patricia A. Quinlin of Essex, MD; and her brother Charles Frank of Baltimore, MD. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
