She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest A. Lancaster and Patricia VonHoene Lancaster. She is survived by: her husband Ronald A. Romanoski; her children, Sarah Chase Puhl (Matthew) of Granville, NY, Theresa Chase of Philadelphia, Stephen Chase of Flemington, Christopher Romanoski (Hope Devlin) of Buffalo, NY, Rev. Jonathan Romanoski of Providence, RI and Zachary Romanoski (Sara Jo) of Sinking Spring; her siblings, Michael, Kevin Richard, Daniel, David, Matthew Lancaster and Kelly Ayotte; and her grandchildren, Maia Puhl, Phoenix Chase, Julia, Isabella and Ruby Jo Romanoski. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
