Tenetylo (Cindy) of Medford, NJ, Renai M. Betts (Scott) of Duncannon, James R. Tenetylo (Tracie) of Cape Coral, FL and Donna L. Nelson (David) of Camp Hill; her sisters, Sharon Burkhalter (Almo) of Diamond Bar, CA and Marjorie Bortz of Chambers Hill; her grandchildren, David Nelson, Jr., Ashley Nelson, Jessica Sanderson, Sarah Esposito (David), Stephen Lauver (Rachel), Derek Tenetylo, Lauren Tenet, Brooke Tenet and Drew Tenet; and her great grandchild Levi Sanderson.
