He was predeceased by: his father Martin Gingerich; his wife Janice; and his great grandchild Amelia Shirley Clingan. He is survived by: his children, Kelli L. Clingan (Craig) of Dover and Kyle L. Gingerich (Kathy); his grandsons, Kurt (Jennifer) and Cody; and his great grandchildren, Beau and Lucas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Fairview Twp.
