She was predeceased by: her husband Giuseppe. She is survived by: her children, Livia (Salvatore Nicastro), Saveria DiTommaso, Domenica Chapnick (late Randall) and Joseph (Tracey DiTommaso); her grandchildren, Salvatore, Sarah Nicastro, Dante, Kara Nicastro, Eric Nicastro, Prima, Dane Webster (late Maria DeMeo), Joan DiMeo, Laura DiTommaso and Danielle DiTommaso; and her nieces, Saveria Violi Ferraro and Vicenza Violi Loiacono. She is also survived by many cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial contributions in Maria's memory to either St. Theresa Catholic Church at the address above or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Memorials Processing, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
