She was predeceased by: her parents, W. E. Harrah and Iva Dickerson Harrah; her former husband Pastor Harry J. Zickafoose; her husband W. H. "Rip" Johnson; and her son Steven Zickafoose.
She is survived by: her children, Pennie Burnett (Abram) and Pastor Lyell Zickafoose (Sandra); and her brother Thomas Harrah (Patricia). She is also survived by six grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
