He was predeceased by: his father Paul F. Martin; his wife Dianne Marie Martin (Samois); and his brother Robert Martin. He is survived by: his children, Joseph C. Martin (Karen) of New Cumberland, William G. Martin (Connie) of Midlothian, VA, Deborah L. Mathias of Etters and Cathie R. Culver (Mark) of New Cumberland. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and thirteen greatgrandchildren.
