Jon R. Hoffsommer Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jon R. Hoffsommer of New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 25, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Jon's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Jon's journey be filled with peace and serenity, as his find rest in the embrace of eternity.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hoffsommer and Sara Hoffsommer; his wife Barbara Hoffsommer; and his brother Robert Hoffsommer Jr.. He is survived by: his son Mark of Havre de Grace, MD; his sister Barbara Mark of Harrisburg; and his sister-in-law Marie Hoffsommer of Metuchen, NJ. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Paxton Presbyterian Church (3500 Sharon St, Harrisburg, PA 17111).
