He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Clara Hopkins, Jr. (Hartranft); his son Jeffrey Nelson Hopkins (Rose); and his brother James Walton Hopkins. He is survived by: his children, John Good Hopkins, IV (Susan) of Camp Hill, Beth Ann Hopkins (Bill) of Pacific Grove, CA, Bonnie Jean Hopkins of Salinas, CA and Becky Jo Hopkins of Mechanicsburg; his sister Nancy D'Ardenne of Atlanta, GA; his grandchildren, Tim, Michael, Briana, Ashley, Jake, Emily, Alison, Sierra and Riley; and his great grandchildren, Hunter, Jamison, Sage, Leyton, Jamie and Lavianna.
