He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth G. Fagan; his son Braden; his grandparents, E. Mary, Hubert James Fagan, Dorothy and James Smith; and his uncle Fred Fagan.
He is survived by: his daughter Keira A. Fagan of Mechanicsburg; his mother Teresa E. Fagan of New Cumberland; and his sister Kate McCarthy (Jerry) of Mechanicsburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to fund which will be set up to support his daughter.
