He is survived by: his children, Michael (Brian Russell), Steven, Mark and Linda Hoffman-DiMartile (Douglas); his brother Charles; his wife Loretta Hoffman; and his brother John. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
