With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elsie Rheta Haubert (New Cumberland, Pennsylvania), born in Freeburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 5, 2018 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Elwood P. Shaffer and Helen Shaffer (Sierer); her husband Paul W. Haubert; her children, Wayne Haubert (Melissa), Sheri McLaughlin (Jim) of New Cumberland, PA and Karen McCauley (Kevin) of New Cumberland, PA; her siblings, Sandra Newmyer of Mechanicsburg, PA, David Shaffer of Carlisle, PA and Donella Shaffer of Philadelphia, PA; and her grandchildren, Katelyn, Kelsey McCauley, Jacob, Joshua McLaughlin and Wesley Haubert.
