It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elaine Parker (New Cumberland, Pennsylvania), born in Lewistown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 1, 2020, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Martha Schreiber. She is survived by: her father Frank Schreiber; her husband Stephen Wade Parker of New Cumberland; her daughter Rachael Leigh Cunningham of Arizona; her grandson Sawyer Paul Bradley of Arizona; her siblings, Steve Schreiber (Lynn) of Washington and Elizabeth "Betsy" Schreiber; and her nephew Justice Parrott.
