He was predeceased by: his brothers, Charles T. and Richard R. Kelly. He is survived by: his spouse Lorraine J. Kelly (Scieska); his sons, Scott Andrew Kelly (Sharon) of Pittstown, NJ and Drew Edward Kelly (Norma) of Ormond Beach, FL; and his grandchildren, Shawna Mehall (John), Briana Thatcher (Lance), Thomas Kelly and Max Kelly.
