He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Walkemeyer and Helen Walkemeyer (Winter); his wife Carol; and his sister Jane Barger. He is survived by: his children, Heath of York and Heather Schaeffer (Jon) of Wernersville; his stepson Paul Hadfield of Decatur, IL; his siblings, Michele Krebs (Alfred) of Lemoyne and Joel (Joan) of Lees Summit, MO; and his grandchildren, Tyler Walkemeyer, Hayden, Jacob Shaeffer and Ava Hadfield. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
