We are sad to announce that on January 24, 2022, at the age of 81, Delores A. Vance (New Cumberland, Pennsylvania), born in Westminster, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. Bowers and Vyonne A. Bowers (Smith). She is survived by: her husband Joseph A. Vance (Tony); her sisters, Betsy Gaines of Westminster, MD and Sharon Swank (Ronald) of Mechanicsburg; and her sister-in-law Rachel Vance of Harrisburg. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
