He was predeceased by: his father Charles W. Taylor. He is survived by: his mother Virginia M. Taylor (Stroehecker) of Sunbury; his wife Lori J. Taylor (Rowan); his children, Samantha L. Navarro of Sumner, WA and Brian D. Taylor of Clarksville, TN; and his siblings, Charles of Sunbury, Tim of Cincinnati, OH and Debbie Heim of Sunbury. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
