She is survived by: her husband Terrance J. Swartz Sr.; her daughter Erin Herley (Michael); her grandchildren, Keira, Fiona of Coatsville, Shawn Snell Smith and Shaylynn Snell Smith of New Cumberland; her stepdaughter Angela Swartz Dunn; her children, Madison and Colten of Harrisburg; her sister Linda Miller Cushner (Arnold) of Mechanicsburg; her nephew Quintin Cushner (Tanya); her great-nieces, Catherine and Leah of Phoenix, AZ; her children, Elias, Evelyn of Eureka, CA and Hadley Cushner of Pacifica, CA.; and also Courtney Ladika, MD (James).
