He is survived by: his parents, Bartley Constantine and Beverly Diane Kaminski (Mahle) of Palmyra; his wife Nicole Kaminski (Seely); his sisters, Tanya L. O'Connor (Devon) of Mechanicsburg and Catherine Powers (Chris) of Cheyenne, WY; his nieces and nephews, Sarah, Shane O'Connor, Cassidy and Coleton Powers; and his stepchildren, Ethan and Ellarie Clayton of Lancaster.
