He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Peffer and Florence Kilpatrick (Shaub). He is survived by: his wife Dawn Peffer (Petre); his daughters, Stacey Bair (Ken) and Mindy Peffer (Andrew Jackson); and his grandchildren, Benjamin, Christopher Bair, Bailey Dolbin, Adaline and Aden Jackson.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Parthemore Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1303 Bridge St, New Cumberland, PA 17070).
Honoring Allen's love for animals, a donation is requested to the Humane Society of Harrisburg Area, 7790 Grayson Rd, Harrisburg, PA 17111 in lieu of flowers.
