She was predeceased by: her parents, James H. Specht and Vera E. Specht (Page); her husband James R. Bickel; her granddaughter Paige Eckert; and her brothers, Steven Specht and James Specht.
She is survived by: her children, Dionne M. Eckert (Adam Wolfe) of Sunbury and Jason A. Bickel (Kasandra Eltringham) of Coal Township; and her brothers, Ronald Specht of Milton and Dennis Specht of Mifflinburg. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
