She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornelius John and Josephine LaRue Lenker (Stout); her brother Frank W. Lenker; and her half-sister Linda Kay Walter. She is survived by: her husband Wayne F. Frey; her sons, Joseph D. Frey of Sunbury and Jordan A. Frey of Meadville; and her half-brother Ray Stout Walter of Mifflinburg.
