He was predeceased by: his parents, Rhoades J. Koch and Erma Koch (Showers). He is survived by: his children, Donald (Rebecca Koch), Leonard E. (Kimberly Koch), David (Denise Koch), Kevin (Karissa Koch) and Sandy; and his son-in-law Gary Young. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren.
