We are sad to announce that on October 21, 2024, at the age of 90, Amos V. Gray of New Columbia, Pennsylvania, born in Northumberland, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Amos V. Gray to pay them a last tribute.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Amos is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Amos' spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Gray and Minerva Gray; his daughter MaryAnn Erdly; his son-in-law Rocky Erdly; his grandchildren, Amos "Wes" Gray Jr. and Joey Snyder; and his sisters, Harriet Cotner and Edith Hartley.
He is survived by: his wife Donna M. Bennage; his children, Amos W. Gray Sr. (Cindy) and Brenda L. Beaver (Chad Bucher); and his sister Edwina Diefenbach. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, seven great-great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Friendship Baptist Church.
