He is survived by: his wife Betty Jane Novak (Bordell); his children, Patty Durbin (Russell) of Unionville, VA, Susan Lutz (Derrick) of Ellwood City, PA and John Novak of Chicago, IL; his grandchildren, John, Jeremy, Jason Novak, Brooke Ware (Donny), Nick Durbin, Hailey Crowder and Meghan Crowder; and his siblings, John Novak and Margaret Egetoe of New Castle. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
