It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William H. Moyer of New Castle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 4, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Moyer and Margaret Moyer (Bowles); his wife Elizabeth "Betty Lou" Tyrrell; his son William P. Moyer; and his siblings, Robert, Richard Moyer, Jack Maley and Donna Kirby.
He is survived by: his daughter Susan Santiago (William) of Canfield, OH; his grandchildren, Samantha Silverman (Samuel), Elizabeth Moyer, William Moyer and Mateo Santiago; and his sister Jean Rollins.
