He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Altman and Della Grannis; and his stepson Brandon Moore. He is survived by: his children, William "Billy" Altman, Jr. (Melissa Smith) of Sharpsville, Ebony Paige (Arthur) of Sharon, Amanda Porterfield of New Castle and Kiley Altman of New Castle; his siblings, Carol Altman-Matthews and Clifford Altman (Lisa) of New Castle; his grandchildren, William III (Amanda), Tayonna, Mykel, Marquis, Ondrey, Tyrese, Sakwan, Lannia (Brennon), Michael, Takeyah, Ramiero, Dewayne, Devonte (Shuarri), Kevale, Lilian, Aislyn, Brandon and Jacob; and his former wives, Barbara Altman and Cathy Wise. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
