She was predeceased by: her parents, Adam Hartzell and Sarah Hartzell (Bush); her husband Floyd C. Lewis, Sr.; and her sons, Floyd C. Lewis, Jr., Daniel Lewis and James Lewis.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Lewis (Michael Anne), Darryl "Butch" Smith, Marilyn Rao, Jaunita "Diggie" Lewis (David Wansitler), Wendy Stryranec (Stephen) and Tawnya Padilla (Emmanuel); and her granddaughter Kristy Wansitler. She is also survived by 38 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (941 S Mill St, New Castle, PA 16107). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
