He is survived by: his daughters, Kathleen Fulena (Gary) of Bolingbrook, IL, Susan Mapleton (Robert) of Farrell, PA and Joanne Windley (David) of Marietta, GA.; his grandchildren, Anthony Fulena (Lauren), Dana Fulena, Jennifer Fulena Slack (Kyle), Kevin Mapleton, Ryan Mapleton (Brianna), Michael Windley and Thomas Windley; and his great grandchildren, Olivia Fulena, Gwendolyn Fulena and Leonard Vincent Slack.
