He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas A. Maciarello, Sr. and Helen Tardelli Maciarello; his wife Carol L. Naples; and his brother Nicholas Maciarello. He is survived by: his son Jason Maciarello (Alexis); his brother James Maciarello (Susan Cumberledge); and his grandchildren, Jocelyn and Jason Anthony, Jr.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
