With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas K. Fracul of New Castle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 7, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Fracul and Helen Fracul; and his brother Donald Joseph Fracul of New Castle, PA.. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Fracul of New Castle, PA; his sons, Shawn Fracul (Audra) of Hubbard, OH and Scott Fracul (Anissa) of New Castle, PA; and his grandchildren, Scott, Dominic, Alisa and Ryker.
