She is survived by: her mother Virginia Vellone Picarro of New Castle; her children, Brittaney Hawkins, Kayla Hawkins, Mark Hawkins, Jr., Matthew Fennell, Jr. and Tessa Fennell (Matthew Fennell, Sr.); and her siblings, Nicholas Picarro (Nichole) and Michele Picarro. She is also survived by three nephews and one niece.
