With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sylvia Shoaff of New Castle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 2, 2023 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Moore and Minnie Moore (Zeigler); her husband Charles Shoaff; and her siblings, Sid Moore, Peg Fedore, Gladys Gibson and Gertrude Park.
She is survived by: her sons, Doug Shoaff (Carol) of Wheeling, WV, Thomas J. Shoaff of New Castle, Daniel M. Shoaff (Renee) of New Castle and Scott S. Shoaff of New Castle; and her sister Janet Maple of Zanesville, OH. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, and seventeen great-grandchildren.
