She is survived by: her children, Mary C. Simpkins Bartle (Ben) of New Castle and Joseph A. Simpkins of New Castle; and her siblings, John Simpkins and Patricia Cartwright. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren.
