It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven J. Dean of New Castle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 4, 2024, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents-in-law, Don and Rachel Wills. He is survived by: his wife Donelle Dean (Wills); his children, Michael Sankey, Savannah Dean of New Castle and Stephanie Sankey of New Castle; his siblings, Bryan Dean (Andrea) of Canfield, OH and Michelle Nelson; and his granddaughter Aurora. He is also survived by his wife and parents.
