She was predeceased by: her father John Slack, Sr.; and her brother John Slack, Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Eilleen Nadine Slack (Aiken); her daughters, Kris Moffatt of New Castle, Jackie Kobialka (Joseph) of New Castle and Tara Kienast of New Castle; her siblings, Scott Slack of New Castle, Steve Slack of Tennessee and Carol LeVangie of New Castle; her grandchildren, Hannah, Emma, Carter, Brittany, Danielle, Justin, Hunter, Payton and Lincoln; and her great grandchildren, Chase, Aubree and Ryann.
