She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Groves and Jane Kilpatrick Groves; and her sister Elma Lou Mohr. She is survived by: her sons, David Wayne Charlier of New Castle and Shawn Douglas Charlier (Susan) of New Castle; and her sister Earla Jane Ottaiviani of Dayton, Texas. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren, and her ten great-grandchildren.
