It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samuel J. Muscatell of New Castle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 11, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Muscatell and Philomena "Minnie" Muscatell (Messuti); his significant other Edith Lauro; his brother-in-law Mike Mascarella; and his stepson Fran Lauro.
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Uhl (Jack) of Canfield, OH and Lynn Bretz (Gary) of New Middletown, OH; his grandchildren, Jordan, Alyssa, Meagan Uhl, Katie Moffett (Danny) and Kevin Bretz; his great grandchildren, Rylee, Peyton and Amelia; his siblings, Mary Mascarella of Lowellville, OH and James Muscatell (Peggy) of Struthers, OH; his children, Kristina Gentile, Tony, Justin and Chad Lauro; and his caregivers, Jenn and Joani.
