She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmitt D. Ziegler and Mary M. Ziegler (Herr); her husband John M. Singer; and her son Stephen J. Singer. She is survived by: her sister Lois McGinnis of Ligonier, PA; and her brothers-in-law, L. Eugene Singer of New Castle, Richard D. Singer of New Castle, William Singer of New Castle and Butch Samuel Singer of New Castle. She is also survived by three grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home (926 Cunningham Ave, New Castle, PA 16101). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
